Welcome to PR Recipe Hub ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the PR Recipe Hub mobile application (the "Application") or our website (prrecipehub.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Application. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Application following any updates signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

PR Recipe Hub provides users with rich culinary exploration tools, including:

• Over 1,000+ authentic vegetarian and regional recipes categorized by cuisine, meal course, and ingredients.
• Smart kitchen pantry ingredient matching to suggest recipes based on ingredients you already have.
• Step-by-step cooking mode with integrated voice assistant, timers, and cooking checklists.
• Comprehensive weekly meal planning, nutritional estimations, and dynamic grocery shopping lists.
• Multi-language support across 19 global and regional Indian languages.
• Camera-assisted food scanning and nutritional estimation tools.

🥗 3. Culinary & Health Disclaimer

Nutritional values are mathematical approximations based on average ingredient quantities and standard nutritional reference databases. Actual nutritional content may vary based on exact portion sizes, brands, cooking methods, and ingredient freshness.

PR Recipe Hub is not a medical or licensed dietary health service. Always consult a qualified physician or nutritionist before beginning any specialized diet.

🛡️ 4. Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

Users are solely responsible for reviewing ingredient lists for allergens (including but not limited to nuts, gluten, dairy, soy, eggs, and sesame) prior to preparation or consumption.

• While PR Recipe Hub provides allergen warnings and dietary filter tags, we cannot guarantee cross-contamination safety or total absence of allergen traces.
• Third-party ingredient descriptions and user substitutions must be inspected at your own discretion.
• Ensure all cooking methods, temperatures, and raw food handling follow applicable food hygiene and safety standards.

⭐ 5. In-App Purchases & Premium Subscriptions

PR Recipe Hub offers optional premium subscriptions (such as Remove Ads Monthly) to remove advertisements and unlock premium features across the Application:

Subscription Auto-Renewal Terms

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle (monthly) unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Cancellation Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Google Play Store > Payments & subscriptions settings.
• Grace Period: If cancelled, your ad-free access remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.

💳 6. Google Play Billing & Refunds

All purchases, billing, payments, and subscriptions within PR Recipe Hub on Android are processed and managed exclusively by Google Play In-App Billing (Google LLC):

• We do not collect, process, or store your credit card numbers, bank details, or payment credentials.
• Pricing is clearly displayed in your local currency before confirming purchase. Local taxes (such as VAT or GST) may apply based on your jurisdiction.
• Refunds: Refund requests are governed by Google Play's standard refund policies. To request a refund, please follow Google Play's official refund procedure in the Google Play Store app or visit Google Play Help.

💡 7. Intellectual Property & Attribution

All rights, title, and interest in and to the PR Recipe Hub application—including our proprietary source code, user interfaces, branding, logos, algorithms, and customized design systems—are the exclusive property of PR Recipe Hub.

Third-Party Content: Select base recipe data and culinary media are sourced from open public APIs (including TheMealDB). Original recipe titles, creator attributions, and public trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

📢 8. Advertisements & External Links

Free-tier users may view non-intrusive advertisements served through Google AdMob. These advertisements help keep the core recipe features free for millions of home cooks worldwide.

Ad content and third-party links are governed by their respective providers. We do not endorse or assume liability for third-party products, services, or websites accessed through sponsor banners.

⚖️ 9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PR RECIPE HUB, ITS DEVELOPERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Adverse reactions, foodborne illness, kitchen injuries, or property damage resulting from recipe execution.
• Interruption of service, data loss, device battery drain, or network carrier data charges.
• Inaccuracies in third-party ingredient listings, nutritional estimates, or measurement conversions.

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
